Nonexistent costumer service skills.
Booked for 3pm and they deliberately moved my appointment to 2.45pm without calling me, just sent me an email assuming not only that I should have been checking my emails but also that I would have been alright with the changes. As soon as I saw the email (when I was already on my way to the salon) I called them saying I could have been FIVE MINUTES late and quite abruptly I was told I wouldn’t have had my waxing done if I had been late.... I RAN to make it on time and got there at 2.43, completely out of breath, to only start my appointment at 2.50pm because THEY were late.... After the service, I asked to speak to the person who had previously got my call and apparently nobody knew who had answered the phone...must have spoken to myself maybe?? There would be a whole lot more to say but to cut this long story short, at the end they also tried to charge me for the full price when I had actually booked a discounted slot.
The service itself was ok, not the best but decent.

Nice girl, but I must say she hasn’t done very good job - when I’ve got home I had to pluck bits that she left behind .
Also made me feel quite uncomfortable to be honest by throwing at the end two pads of cream to sort myself out, I had to ask her to trim the remaining bits, and she seemed very annoyed by that.
For the rate you pay, they should provide an outstanding service.
I really hoped I finally found a good salon, but I don’t think it was a good experience...
Absolutely loved my treatment. The therapist was running 15 minutes late but I was made up with her professionalism. Would recommend microdermabrasion to anyone who needs a good cleansing and deep exfoliation. Will be booking again for sure.
