This salon has allowed me to book appointments which aren’t available on 3 different occasions, each time calling me 5 minutes before the appointment to either cancel it or change it to a completely different time. Don’t waste your time if you actually want the treatment you’re booking, when you book it!

First time ive had a full body scrub at this salon - (& totally different experience to what ive had at other salons) my hands and feet were left out as were my sides of my body. My legs were only scrubbed just past my knee & when i was facing up my top half i.e my upper shoulders/upper neck/body wasnt done either, nor was my upper back. The treatment seemed to focus on the large areas but even so there were lots of areas missed & i assumed the idea of a full body scrub was just that - full body?
She didnt do my nose area whilst doing the microderm which is the 1 area that most people have issues with. I actually didnt realise - due to chatting etc till much later in the day; when my skin felt so scaly just in that one area. Maybe she was having a bad day ? Ive had few treatments at this salon but dont think i would return; its just a waste of money, for incomplete treatments. Dissapointed with the treatments as they were pre-holiday prep & not enough time to sort.
