Very prompt, I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and was seen straight away. I had never had lash extensions before and was not give any after care explanation by my beautician. My beautician didn’t really seem like she wanted to be at work either. In the store I thought the lashes looked okay, upon leaving my eyes were not even. lashes weren’t put on all the eye so I have big gaps in the corner which I’ve had to fill in with mascara. The next day and the eyelashes have already started falling out. I would not get LaLa Lashes again.

This salon has allowed me to book appointments which aren’t available on 3 different occasions, each time calling me 5 minutes before the appointment to either cancel it or change it to a completely different time. Don’t waste your time if you actually want the treatment you’re booking, when you book it!
