Went for gel glitter shellac mani pedi for my holidays. By the first day of my holidays the glitter had come off one of my toes and the whole shellac off another. The glitter also came off on parts of my fingernails. I feel that a clear top coat of shellac should have been put on both fingers and toes to prevent this, I am certain that’s what I have had at other venues.

I’ve been visiting Millie’s for waxing for years, and generally have a good experience. The treatment itself was great, and the staff were really friendly. I just had an issue with the timing of the appointment (which I was trying to fit around work).
Upon arrival I was advised that my treatment time was scheduled for 30 mins after the time I’d booked in for. I could just about make it, so said I’d come back for the new time. When I got back I was waiting for more than five minutes after the new time given for the treatment to start, which wasn’t ideal as I had to be back at work soon after (and had originally booked the appointment for a time to suit me).
About an hour after I left I got an email saying the appointment time had been changed to the newer one. Whether this was down to Millie’s or Treatwell I’m not sure, but I will be returning given that generally I’ve had good experiences.
