Waxing here is okay but there is quite a few hairs left- I had to shave my armpits a few days later! There's no ambience/music in the rooms and the staff are very disinterested / quiet. I've been a couple of times for different treatments and they are always like this- disengaged in general. I probably won't go again.

The eyelashes stuck together when the lady had finished and so my eye couldn’t open properly and you can see clumps of black glue - not what I expected. Moreover, the eyelashes slope downwards and really not the eyelashes I had hoped for. The lady was nice though and the place was clean and tidy
