I’ve been visiting Millie’s for waxing for years, and generally have a good experience. The treatment itself was great, and the staff were really friendly. I just had an issue with the timing of the appointment (which I was trying to fit around work).
Upon arrival I was advised that my treatment time was scheduled for 30 mins after the time I’d booked in for. I could just about make it, so said I’d come back for the new time. When I got back I was waiting for more than five minutes after the new time given for the treatment to start, which wasn’t ideal as I had to be back at work soon after (and had originally booked the appointment for a time to suit me).
About an hour after I left I got an email saying the appointment time had been changed to the newer one. Whether this was down to Millie’s or Treatwell I’m not sure, but I will be returning given that generally I’ve had good experiences.
