Wonderful treatment and lasted the full time which is rarely the case at other salons! I was seen straightaway and given great advice on my skin type. The massage was one of the best I have had.
The only thing that could have been improved is the lighting in the treatment room and the noise from outside the room as it wasn’t as relaxing as other places but didn’t affect the experience too much.

Pedicure
Although the staff were lovely, I didn’t enjoy my facial. It felt rushed, and the staff member was very rough with my skin and ( the very short) massage. I didn’t enjoy that when taking my makeup off the girl just rubbed my eyes hard with her fingers! I also found it very strange that when my masque was on, I didn’t receive a neck and shoulder massage ( only a 30 second massage before the masque was taken off). I have received this facial before in other salons for over a year now and it was just not up to standard. Not a relaxing experience at all.
