left a lot of hair this is not the first time either at this salon - would of been better doing it myself. also told that my time slot wasn't right which wasn't my fault as I booked it via this app and was offered 18:50

Normally the experience is quite positive regarding quality when waxing. However this time I have areas where there is still apparent hair. This time the waxing was not done correctly.
