Rude staff member, the girl walked out for about 20 minutes during the facial, changed appointment time by email just the day before the appointment ,walked in on me getting changed as she wanted to go home and was rushing me, didn't do it for the full amount of time I paid for, very rough in what she was doing--it was slightly painful when she was pulling my hair and she insulted my skin and diet.
Classic Facials
Although the salon couldn't accommodate my booking time, they called first thing to rearrange. The salon was lovely and the staff member was great. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back.
