The member of staff was pleasant although a little quiet... didn’t explain what she was doing or ask re sensitivities or preference before applying lotion. The threading seemed uneasy. At the end of the treatment the lady just walked out of the room and downstairs again without saying anything. The results of the threading were ok (a couple of areas where the skin had been broken).

A pleasant experience. Really good value for money; the only criticisms would be -
1. I would have liked explanations as to what products were being used
2. I had to leave with a face full of suncream on (it was great that it was put on) but it looked strange
