The staff are all very welcoming and polite. Every step of my LVL treatment was explained. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout. It was so well done and relaxing that i found myself nearly nodding off.
The aftercare was really well explained.
The difference is incredible. When I got back to work I got loads of compliments straight away. It's been several days now and they still look amazing. I get hayfever and not having to put mascara on is a blessing.
Lash Lift
My facial only lasted 20minutes, I was booked in for the 30minuts facial. Which I was quite disappointed by.
The facial I booked stated. ' A customised treatment, on your time. Targeting your key skin concern for maximum impact in minimum time, this treatment is a firm favourite with those who have just 30 minutes' to which your employee told me they only do a scrub or a mask, and I booked the wrong facial regaridng my blackhead concerns. As the facial said it was suited to my concerns, this didn't make me feel confident that it was going to do anything for my concerns.
