in this instance, I was rushed and told that 'if I let the hair grow that long in the future, they wouldn't be able to do it'. Pretty insulting considering I have been going for years. usually brilliant service.

Lovely staff and great value. Quite loud dance music on though, so I can’t imagine I’d go there for a relaxing massage! Some of the eyelash dye was dropped onto my top lip, so now I have a stain on my face... not great when I’m going to a wedding!
