The wax was ok- all hair was removed, but I felt like it was a bit rushed (started 10 minutes late and finished on time). I was also left with wax everywhere. The therapist was friendly, however I wasn’t informed that they were running late and there was nobody around upstairs to ask.

Very friendly, made me feel very relaxed and the wax was over in no time. Was also given some really helpful advice.
