Atmosphere and room was pleasant. However firstly the appointment I had booked for 2:45 pm was pushed to 3pm. Secondly, the wax treatment was the most painful I have experienced, the lady had to keep re-doing the same area over and over - I've never experienced this before. It also took the entire 45 minutes and she missed quite a lot.

It was ok, but only ok. Being left with quite a lot of hair after the pain of a wax is pretty disappointing! Also, the therapist had to leave the room to get more wax and didn’t make much effort to sneak out-the lady having her pedicure outside probably got an interesting view!
