Amazing! Having not had any treatment for some time because of covid and pregnancy my back was in bits! A proper massage, which at times can be painful, but so worth it for the results! Don't let that put you off. Of course, if you want them to be a bit more gentle, I'm sure they would be, but I never find the results as good.
