So disappointed, I booked this for my mum and she was informed only while they were washing her hair that this was NOT a semi-permanent keratin treatment and it would only last 3 days! They said we had booked the wrong treatment. Upon re-reading the description of what I had booked it still appears to me to be what my mum wanted, and has had done before at other salons, a Brazilian blow dry lasting a few months. The only positive was that they did not charge anything for a wasted appointment.

Went in for a wash, trim and curly blowdry. My hairs long and heavy so didn’t hold the curls from the blowdryer but staff was brilliant and used a curling wand to ensure i got the affect i wanted. Thanks.
