I booked with Sally, but she was busy and my appointment was 25-30 minutes late to start. When I asked if my appointment could start as they were taking lots of walk ins, I was told that when you have an appointment and it's busy that the appointment is pointless. Eventually got started. Very rushed job and my nails haven't been painted evenly and there is areas of the nail without shellac totally. Doesn't look great. Also not a manicure. Just file. They charge extra £5 from TW also. Not great.
