One started off and then a more skilled one took over. The first technician filed my nails to my skin as she wasn’t paying attention. I had to ask her to stop. Having said that the shape was fine. The second lady was very careful and really made an effort to fix it and leave a sense of a positive experience with me. I would return to this salon but would avoid the first manicurist.
