Had a bikini wax, the lady (not Rina) literally took six minutes and I thought that was quick however it has left me in such pain and irritation,its like she ripped my skin off.To think about it she was actually quite rough.

I booked this for my mum as a birthday gift. And she left even more unrelaxed then she came. The service was only 30 minutes. I paid for a 45 minute service. Only massaged face and head. Not shoulders or neck like stated. Room was cold. The therapist was too rough, my mum had to tell her numerous times it was too rough and it was painful! And instead of telling mum to turn over to massage back of head she made her lift her head and lay uncomfortable. Very unhappy with how it went.

I especially recommend their lavender hot wax as this is the perfect choice for anyone with sensitive skin.
Everyone is welcoming and friendly at the salon.
