It wasn't Bavika as she wasn't in but someone else did my nails instead of her as by mistake I didn't book for shellac but I ended up doing shellac and I had appreciate the help but the nails look horrible, I really want to send a picture if I can as the pedicure looks like a little girl did it, the shellac was very liquidy and it came off all around the nails. I went somewhere else to change it as everyone was laughing about this , and had paid in advance , online £35+5 extra at the end

Had to wait over half an hour for someone to be free despite making a booking online. It was frustrating to see the staff chatting away and not rushing despite keeping me waiting. I could see the staff turning away some walk-in customers but taking on others - they don't seem to follow a good booking system and have bad timekeeping.
