Laura gave me a brilliant facial. She was very friendly, took extra time to remove blackheads and concentrate or problem areas, spent longer on my session and gave me a mini neck massage and my face was literally glowing after the facial. She took the time to explain the steps to me and for how little I paid, my service was a 10z

Absolutely atrocious experience. Dirty salon, unwashed towels, hairs all over the place. I paid for gel removal and reapplication. When I went there they said I’ve paid for gel strip and normal polish. (I did not) All the polishes were old and crusty and the girl did a poor job with the nail polish. On top of everything, my appointment was scheduled to last 1h 15mins and it took them 2h 30mins. The girls also spoke in a foreign language to each other and laughed the whole time. So rude!
