Although I pre-booked appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for my slot. The staff were not wearing face shields and were not wearing their face masks over their nose and mouth,even during an eyebrow threading. I did not see any wiping down of chairs/surfaces in between clients, and observed no hand washing from staff in between clients.
