Lovely staff, however I’m not overly thrilled with my nails and toe nails. The Shellac Manicure and Gel Pedicure, are not mani and pedis. Just basic file and shellac. They did not even push down my cuticles.
The overall colour is fine, but I could have gone into any salon to get basic shellac done at a much cheaper price, which is disappointing. There’s not actually an option to buy a full shellac mani or pedi, so not sure why they’ve named it like this? I’ve never left a review that I’m dissatisfied with an appointment before, however I really think others should be aware of what they are booking.

Gel Pedicure is NOT a pedicure just your usual POLISH ONLY treatment. The way its worded is so misleading! I booked what I thought to be a nice pedicure to kick off my birthday only to receive your basic gel nail paint. The items should be renamed- baring in mind under the gel section there is no other option for “full pedicure”. The beautician was unwilling to even accommodate for a pedicure. The job overall was subpar and gel painted out of the lines not worth it at all. Just a disappointment
Treatment by Bhavika•Gel Nails Pedicure
Although I pre-booked appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for my slot. The staff were not wearing face shields and were not wearing their face masks over their nose and mouth,even during an eyebrow threading. I did not see any wiping down of chairs/surfaces in between clients, and observed no hand washing from staff in between clients.
