"Stylist" had literally no idea how to wash, cut or style.Used something that looked and felt like kitchen towel to dry my hair before started chopping, literally chopping (sectioning non existent) away.Back looks like an attempt at tetris, left side is longer than right, stray hair all over the place and "blow dry" (btw, brushes covered in someone else's hair) made it look limp and liveles.Other services are fine though
