Had my first wax, Bhatika did a great job and made me feel really comfortable. Paid a little more than expected online but we did use a different wax. Overall worth the price!

Disappointed on my last visit - the lady took a lot from my eyebrows and when I said something to her she got defensive, then I had a bikini wax which is never fun and she wasn’t reassuring, she just said ‘why are you scared?’ when I tensed up a few times, I felt she was judgemental which is not what you want during such a treatment. I don’t know if she was just having a rough day but she was not friendly, very poor customer service. A great shame as I go here often!

I am coming to this saloon occasionally for many years and was satisfied every visit. This time the therapist was just not with me, she didn’t asked if the temperature of the wax was ok for me and at the end she left some wax on arms.Usually at the end of the treatment every therapist asks “please check your arms”. But this time she quickly furnished and left the room. Either she was on unpaid training or was not motivated enough. I didn’t ask her name but I haven’t seen her before in saloon.
