So gutted , I booked this morning and I arrive for them to ask me to go to their other shop , I said I can’t and I booked at this branch I was then told I would have to wait half an hour , I said this it my time a lot now , she then said ok wait 15 mins instead , so I waited ten minutes still no one to come and explain what was going on so walked out , and had to find another place to get my massage done . Poor customer service not at all happy . Last time I will book here

Fatima did my eyebrows and she was really amazing. She did my eyebrows exactly I wanted them and did them beautifully. The staff was amazing to talk to as well.
