Feeling rejuvenated after the facial, I am definitely going again. It was so good that I actually slept towards the end of the facial. Highly recommend Cristalina (therapist) for facials, she was excellent!
Classic Facials
The salon and room are fine - music was playing and lights were dim which was nice. We got installed but I had to ask a few times what the steps were going to (I've had facials before and wanted to know what to expect from my first time with this salon) and it wasn't explained to me. I don't think the communication was very easy. The room was next to the storage where they prep and keep all the materials - buckets, towels, etc. We didn't do a skin consultation or discussion before starting which is a shame because I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and would expect my facial to be tailored a bit to that.
The facial itself was nothing special. The cleanse was fine, exfoliation a big aggressive, extraction was all of 2 minutes which was really disappointing, massage was excellent, and the mask was relaxing.
Overall, it was fine but I expected more as it wasn't amazing value. There wasn't much I couldn't do at home and did want more cleaning and extraction. Staff was nice but didn't act or explain like skincare experts.

Such a nice facial, I could see the results straight away and they have lasted. Will definitely be back!
