Firstly I had to wait for almost 15 mins to receive a service, which I booked with a certain member of staff, but that was charged last min, then been told that there is no matt finish for the polish and selection of colors didn’t have desired ones. But the overall filing process was in rush, nails became not of the shape I have asked for and all are uneven. I had to ask to correct few of them, but they still came to be of different length and shape. The cuticle wasn’t planned to be removed, however this is something I should have checked for prior to booking.
Then primer wasn’t even applied prior to the base coat, and in general application of polish wasn’t accurate. At the end because my treatment started later and there was someone already waiting for the staff I’ve been asked to remove nails quicker from lamp and ended up having 2 sticky nails when left the salon... as in rush sticky layer wasn’t removed from all nails. In overall the worse nails experience I’ve had so far.

Very very bad customer service. A really rude lady called me and said they are fully booked. I told her I’m already on my way. She goes I can’t really domuch about it. And i even told her i got a confirmation email from treatwell, she goes who is treatwell to comfirm. Ur appointment is not confirmed until we confirm it
