Really unhappy with the experience for the following reasons:
- Staff tried to refuse to honour the online booking discount and tried to charge me full price, when I pointed out that was the price it was advertised (and also the price she’d confirmed on the phone when she called to confirm my booking) she said there was a mistake on the website??
- booked a shellac manicure and gellux was used instead. Application was awful, they were patchy, uneven, messy and only lasted 2 days before they started peeling from the edges!!!
Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
