Head Massage
To start with, the staff are not aware of what bookings are made or if you have paid in advance or you need to pay there. I have arrived on time and have been asked to wait. I have ended up waiting around 40 minutes, when one member of staff informed me that one of the beauticians is sick and they are running late (unsure why I couldn't have been informed this from the beginning). They were surely overbooked anyway as everyone waited for around 40 minutes.
I have paid for a eyebrow waxing, which was done in a horrible rush and finished with threading, although I specifically didn't book threading as I do not like the results it gives and because it often leaves scars on my eyebrows. To make everything worse, the manicure was very badly done, the nails were wonky (I have asked a million times for them to be straightened as they were horribly cut). They have just around 12-16 shades of nail varnish, which is a very small range for a salon. And the nail cutting and painting took so long that I thought I would never leave. I do not recommend this place.

+ The place is very clean and looks professional. Treatment I had was very good and I've seen results straight away!
- My treatment started 15 minutes late although the staff was available, and no one said "sorry for delay" or "thank you for waiting"; also if was my first visit in this place, so I was expecting a quick interview (allergies, contraindications);
Overall experiendce was positive though, so I have booked another visit already and hope my next feedback will be only positive!

made a last minute booking for a facial after work. the treatment I got was really nice. I felt so relaxed throughout and skin felt lovely after. venue is basic but very nice but the value for money is fantastic. I will definitely be back more often.
