I had to re-arrange my appointment and was allowed to book in the same despite giving the salon short notice - they were very accommodating. I've got to say this is one of the best hairdressors I have been to - Ling is fantastic and a true pro! She had a detailed consultation with me and listened to exactly how I wanted my hair. I had a wash and haircut/ blowdry which I would say was a 10 out of 10. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience...I got so many compliments for my hair. This is my new regular from now on

Staff are very friendly. No gown provided when hair wash, water splashed to the face and clothes. Would be better if wearing water proof gown when hair wash. Happy with hair cut and restyled. Good aftercare. Will go again
