Sarah destroyed my hair, after telling her how it's taken me over 4 years to grow my hair back after a bleaching disaster she has done the same thing. Cut around 6 inches off (when i asked for around 2), my hair is limp and has no life in it. I went to the salon proud of my long healthy vibrant blonde hair and came out with short, patchy badly coloured, over toned disastrous hair. Everytime I look in the mirror I could cry.
