I cannot rate this place enough, I've was so nervous and scared, my 1st ever Hollywood, but the therapist put me at ease, n took it at a pace which suited me, I would never go to another salon again for this treatment

One of the best waxes I've had (and I've tried places all over Europe when I've been moving around)! Samantha was comforting and respectful - which is not always a given, in my experience of beauticians - and that goes a long way towards a good experience when you're having an intimate wax. She did my legs with strip wax in a way that was near-painless before moving on to do my bikini line with hot wax. While that did hurt (I have to be honest here) I can't recall intimate waxing ever hurting any less and Samantha made an inevitably painful procedure worth it by being very thorough. She did my bikini line in small sections to get every hair and used tweezers to get rid of any little hairs the wax didn't pick up. If there's anything I can imagine bothering prospective clients at 81 Broadway it's the undies-off policy with intimate waxing but I really wouldn't worry about it. you get offered a towel to preserve some of your modesty and if my experience is properly representative, the staff are so professional that you stop feeling weird about your bare butt-cheeks quite quickly!
