There was some miscommunication with the receptionist who didn’t confirm my appointment but it was already approved by treatwell tried to make me look like I was in the wrong but I had pre booked a week ago and prepaid! The therapist was rude and refused to do both my treatments and was trying to be rude in the end she did both but there was no chat while the treatment was going on! Customer service was very poor they made me feel very awkward and unwelcome and I have been using this salon ever since I have found it which is over 4 years! Will never be rebooking due to the one experience I had today! The receptionist trying to make out it was my fault when it solely was hers and it was her job to confirm it not mine I’m the customer who booked online and pre paid!
