First time coming here and felt very welcome as soon as I arrived. Made sure I was happy with my haircut and how I wanted it styled all the way through.
Fantastic- first time at 81 broadway and I’ve already booked back in! Super professional and the least painful wax I’ve EVER experienced- literally faultless, amazing!

The staff were all really friendly and lovely. There was coffee and cake too, so you can't go wrong! My appointment was with Marie-Anne who tidied up my hair and offered really helpful advice on keeping it tidy and new ways to style it for an upcoming evening event.
A great, relaxed, efficient first visit. I will return
