First time waxer, complete novice. I was made to feel so at ease, beside manner was second to none. I think Im going to dig a bit deeper into my brave boots for the next one but I'll definitely do it again!
Great service, excellent staff who are knowledgeable across multiple areas. I booked a waxing appointment. The therapist was very discreet and made me feel at ease, she also took the time to listen to feedback and adjusted her technique to match my needs. I would say that they do double dip their sticks back into the wax pot, however not all salons are up to that standard yet. I would definitely go back and do waxing as well as other treatments.
had a brilliant hollywood wax done by Alana. felt very relaxed and comfortable and she did an excellent job - very clean and almost painless. i’ll definitely be back!!
