Disappointed the treatment lasted 32 minutes rather than the 45 minutes as advertised. It may help future customers if there was a space to place the head as in other massages I have had to avoid neck pain with head twisted to one side for back massage.Really uncomfortable feeling after rising from the table in the neck.

I really enjoyed my time at 81 Broadway. The ambience is great and good value for money. April was lovely and very professional. The least painful waxing experience I had! Will be definitely coming back.

Amazing work. I have had Hollywood waxing done before but this was no where near as painful and very clean. Have already recommended this to friends and family

Lovely venue, friendly professional staff and great massage! Only disappointment was duration of treatment wasnt as long as stated, but still effective.
