Ended up having a facial and massage. Facial was lovely however was not asked about any problem areas or what I wanted from the facial before hand which I believe to be standard practise. I also wasn't asked about my massage either in terms of what I wanted from it or my preferred pressure, meaning the pressure wasn't firm enough. Also no after care advice after either treatment or offer of water following them which again I believe is standard practise. Good quality products used however.
