It was a lovely facial, Katie was really friendly, and even had a really nice tone of voice when asking me stuff while I was almost asleep... Super relaxing! I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved my experience at MIBA, from the very moment I crossed the door, all staff were friendly, attentive and very customer oriented. My therapist Katie was fabulous, she did an amazing job with my nails that left me so well impressed that I booked again with her, I loved the fact that she is very focused whilst working but also can keep a conversation and make it pleasant and enjoyable experience. My facial was great! She had a great attitude and was very professional and attentive.
The salon is really lovely and well-maintained and Ellie was lovely but overall the quality of my gel nail application was not fantastic. I understand that the rate was discounted due to staff members learning so it's not going to be perfect, but I would still expect a neat application, which it was not. Polish was left around my cuticles and the polish was uneven. I think some quality control of services being performed is required.
