I love coming here, Kate is such a wonderful person and gives me great results every time. She picks out fab colours because I cannot make a decision to save my life. Would highly recommend!

The room was freezing unlike other places where the treatment room is heated before you enter. The massage table was terribly uncomfortable! I had to adjust my face several times and never got comfortable. These two things made my experience very bad even though the massage therapist was nice..but unfortunately that was the only good thing…

Bad soak off, had acetone on cotton pads for minutes then painfully scraped and filed them off. This left my strong nails weak, multiple have snapped off, one tore off the skin on the fingertip and it was bleeding and very painful.
You shouldn’t be rushing the soak off.
