Quick and ultimately painless x Well done ladies

Having been a customer since the start, I always rave to everyone about leaving the salon with the best wax but the lack of customer service and left feeling more on an inconvenience left me uncomfortable. I booked and on arrival asked for Sonia but wax was carried out by someone else then when j thought aloe Vera was being applied, tinting was carried out - which I never asked for and had to pay extra for the privilege. Communication is key but sadly missing.
