My wax *should* have been with Sonia, who I have never had an issue with. However, another lady did my wax and it was the worst experience of my life. I wanted to leave half done, the pain was unreal, and the woman went over the same spots 4,5,6 times. To top it all off, I experienced the worst ingrown hairs for weeks after as the wax hadn’t been removed against the hair, it had been removed any way possible. I had a massive rash where the skin had been torn that lasted weeks. Honestly traumatic
