Not particularly impressed. Booked my appointment online no problem. Got down to salon early for my appointment only to be told by the owner that they are fullt booked and my stylist had been sacked. She was very abrupt and did not even offer another appointment just returned to her client and carried on. Poor service. Will go elsewhere in future.
