The facial was then only half hour not an hour as advertised. It felt rushed and only half my face wqs put under the steam. Overall really not impressed

I booked and paid for a Hollywood wax and do not live in the area. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment due to getting lost and being stuck in traffic. I contacted the salon to inform them I was running a little late. When I arrived at the salon it was closed with no sign of the business recently closing. I contacted treatwell to complain and receive a refund and was told the salon was not willing to issue a refund. I live in Canada and am not able to rebook as I was flying home the next day.
