Pretty poor all round - when I arrived they were trying to close so tried to re-arrange the booking even though I had only made it half hour before. The facial was then only half hour not an hour as advertised. It felt rushed and only half my face wqs put under the steam. Overall really not impressed

I booked and paid for a Hollywood wax and do not live in the area. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment due to getting lost and being stuck in traffic. I contacted the salon to inform them I was running a little late. When I arrived at the salon it was closed with no sign of the business recently closing. I contacted treatwell to complain and receive a refund and was told the salon was not willing to issue a refund. I live in Canada and am not able to rebook as I was flying home the next day.
