I am generally pleased with the service. The staff are friendly and polite, which I really appreciate. However, my only concern is the requirement to pay the full amount upfront via the app. While I'm comfortable paying a deposit, I feel that paying the entire amount in advance is a somewhat uncomfortable. Unexpected situations can arise where an appointment might need to be cancelled, and in such cases, losing a small deposit is much more manageable than losing the full payment.

Nail tech cut into my skin when removing my nail to the point my finger started bleeding. Usually have a good experience at Salon Guaps but this was really disappointing, The process of removing my nails took over an hour when usually it’s 30 minutes or less, I think this is because the nail tech didn’t use the electric file. When I got home I found that not all the gel was removed from my nail, again very disappointing.

I was very happy with my nails and would go back. I wanted my eyelashes to be modest but they were thicker than I expected and they came off quickly after a week.
