The salon was clean and Amelia was really good at doing my nails , you can tell she is an expert . The only thing that was a let down was the fact that it’s advertised as a BIAB and I was expecting the original products from Builder in a bottle to be used and as a result 8 days after having my infill the gel is starting to separate from my nails which has never happened before .

Staff were lovely and the salon looks really nice. However the wax left me with loads of painful lumps and ingrown hairs which has never happened to me after a wax. It was the most painful wax I’ve ever got, I don’t know if that’s because of the technique or quality of the wax but it wasn’t worth the pain unfortunately.
