First time visit because my usual therapist got sick but i will come back to Hero. She was lovely and friendly but most importantly the waxing wasn't that sore. that's a sign of good skills.

My experience with Héro has been brilliant. I started my journey to go blonde from very dark hair at the start of this year and have been back a few times since and have achieved the exact colour I was looking for with my hair still in a healthy state thanks to Héro.
