Ersan seemed very understanding and like he was listening to all of my concerns before the cut. I told him I only wanted half an inch taken off and no layering considering I have had really bad experiences with layers in the past and don't feel they suit me. He seemed sympathetic and told me what he was going to do -- then did the opposite and delivered my worst nightmare: gave me very harsh, intense, and uneven layers. My hair now looks like two different lengths in the front vs the back.

I had a wash, haircut and blow dry with Dan. He's a lovely professional, very polite and knowledgeable. He was explaining what he will be doing at every step of the treatment. I love my haircut, he did exactly what I asked for. Thank you Dan! :)
