Ersan gave me a free blow dry and style along with my hair cut and my hair looked the best it has ever looked. He spent an extra hour looking after my hair (which is very long) just because we were having a nice chat.
I usually hate going to the hairdresser, but this cut made me want to come back next week. 1000/10 experience
