Consultation was all fine, super lovely and answered all my questions. Only issue is they didn’t have any info booklets regarding my procedure where I could read up more on the service/what’s expected or how to proceed next etc so felt a little in the dark but she did mention she would look for them and contact me but still waiting

Not the best experience, unfortunately. Had to wait for around 20 minutes for a 15 minutes treatment, my specialist was really friendly, but not very experienced. Results are ok, but lots of sticky wax left on my legs after.
