I had the 1hr reflexology appointment and it was so relaxing - a totally sensory encapsulating experience with calming music - soothing smells and a very cozy set up, I’d definitely recommend treatment here it was a great way to start the day. I had a great sense of well being after my session and will be combining reflexology with Lea’s amazing DEEP tissue massage next time for a double whammy!
