Have been going to L65 for over 10 years and have always been treated professionally.
Staff are all courteous and friendly but they can still have a laugh and a joke with you.
I also think the new trainee is doing well and he is customer focused and has perfect manners with the customer.

Such a lovely experience. The room is beautiful, it smelt amazing, candles were lit and incense was burning. There is some kind of heated blanket on the massage bed so when you lay down it feels really comfortable and relaxing. The massage was amazing and I feel really good after it. Went for stress relief and not only did I feel calm also felt like I have had more energy than I’ve had in weeks!
