I arrived on time, the owner offered my tea (no complaints). Was then left sitting for 20mins, hair dresser had obviously double booked as she just started highlights on someone else when I arrived. Asked for T bar using 2 alternate colours, received 10 highlights all the same colour. Trainee then dried my hair before it was cut (I’ve NEVER received a dry cut before). The cut was awful. A simple bob but ended up a different length from right to left. Won’t be back

Cannot say anything negative about whole experience. Highly professional ... fantastic hair cut and blow dry ... would thoroughly recommend this venue to anyone. Hannah is a top drawer professional and knows her stuff.
